Q:  What is http://silverton.redmtn.ca?

A:  This site will provide you with some useful information, such as:

• technical support information,
• local news & weather,
• events calendar
• classified listings
• Acceptable Use Policy (By using this service, you are automatically agreeing to abide by the terms defined in the Acceptable Use Policy so please take a few minutes to read this policy now and check on www.redmtn.ca periodically for updates.)
• "My Account" section, you will be able to make changes to your account without having to contact anyone in our Customer Service department:
-update your password,
-add/remove additional e-mail addresses.
-Network Traffic link in the "My Account" section, which enables you to monitor your traffic usage.

It's fast, convenient and the modifications take effect immediately!

Q:  Is there a way that I can keep track of my usage right on my computer?

A:  Yes!  Go to our Bandwidth Monitors page and you will find links to free downloadable programs that will do this for you.

Q:  What is the difference between www.silverton.redmtn.ca and www.redmtn.ca?

A:  Redmtn.ca is the site created by The Red Mountain Internet Society.  It provides the latest news, AUP, photos, links, contact numbers, pricing etc.  It is created by our own webmaster.  Silverton.redmtn.ca is the site created by our partner Parasun.  This site includes more information about your account and current usage.  See above question for more info.

Q:  I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it or change it?

A:  Phone our technical support line, open 24/7 at 1-866-534-9803.

Q:  What do I do if I cannot get on the internet?

A:  Again, for all technical questions call technical support at 1-866-534-9803 or check the Tech Support link on www.silverton.redmtn.ca.

Q:  I need information on Red Mountain High Speed Internet, who do I contact?

A:  Contact mfry.imagocorp@gmail.com for information about our service.

Q:  If I have a virus on my computer what do I do?

A:  We recommend that you download software from our links page.  After installing this software, run a virus check.  If the software is unable to rid your computer of the virus, you may need a computer technician.  Contact our customer service representative for recommendations at mfry.imagocorp@gmail.com.
